Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Intern, based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers. They will contribute to employer branding efforts, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and support various recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaboration with team members to ensure a smooth hiring process and a great candidate experience will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including talent sourcing, assessing, and onboarding.
- Experience with Hiring processes and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Skilled in Interviewing techniques and effective Recruiting strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
