Role Overview
BrightCHAMPS is hiring Talent Acquisition Interns to support high-velocity hiring across sales and non-sales roles in a fast-paced ed - tech environment. The role is ideal for freshers or early-career HR enthusiasts who want strong hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
- Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office)
- Work Days: 6 days (Monday – Saturday)
- Type: Internship (Full-time, WFO)
- Laptop: Candidate must carry their own laptop
- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend : 10,000 Per Month
Key Responsibilities
- Source relevant profiles through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals for sales and non-sales roles as per business requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic discussions, and assess candidate fit based on role requirements and culture.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, interview databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, coordination, offer roll-out follow-up, and candidate engagement until joining.
