ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for highly energetic and career-driven freshers or interns who want to build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition (Recruitment).
This role will involve sourcing candidates, initial screening, coordination, and supporting the hiring process for multiple roles across the organization.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on exposure to real-time hiring challenges in a fast-growing company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Candidate Sourcing (MOST IMPORTANT)
Source candidates through:
- LinkedIn
- Naukri
- Job portals
- References
- College Campuses
2) Resume Screening & Shortlisting
Screen resumes based on job requirements
Identify relevant candidates for technical and non-technical roles
3) Telephonic Screening
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates based on criteria checklist.
4) Interview Line-ups & Coordination
Schedule interviews with candidates and internal team
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interviewers
5) Recruitment Tracker & MIS
Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status
Ensure proper documentation of all candidates
6) Candidate Experience Management
Maintain professional communication with candidates
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout hiring process
7) Job Posting & Branding
Post job openings on portals and social media
Support employer branding initiatives
8) Learning & Development
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Candidates only from MUMBAI
- Fresher / 0–1 year experience
- Has flair to talk
- Good in negotiations
- Graduate in any field
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn & grow
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
