About the Role:We are looking for talent acquisition interns to join our Bangalore team and gain hands-on experience in technology and academic hiring.
This role offers end-to-end exposure to recruitment in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, where you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across instructor, mentor, and campus hiring roles.
What You’ll Work On - Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
- Assist in building campus hiring and early talent pipelines.
- Drive a strong candidate experience across all stages.
- Develop a basic understanding of tech roles (Frontend, Backend, DSA, etc.) to improve screening effectiveness
Who We’re Looking For- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition / HR / startup ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of technology roles (good to have, not mandatory).
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
