We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition / HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition / HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations team. This internship is ideal for freshers or candidates with internship experience who are passionate about Human Resources, recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, and Talent Acquisition.
Role Details
Position: Talent Acquisition / HR Intern
Function: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Location: MIDC Wagle Estate, Thane
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: Freshers / Candidates with internship experience may apply
Education: BMS / MMS graduates preferred; candidates from HR, Business Administration, Management, or related backgrounds may also apply
Internship Duration: 6 months - Eligibility for full-time payroll absorption after 6 months, based on performance.
Compensation: Fixed monthly amount plus additional attractive performance-based incentives for successful closures
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reports.
- Assist with candidate follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Skills Required
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams professionally.
- Basic understanding of recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work from office at MIDC Wagle Estate, Thane.
Good to Have
- Prior HR internship or recruitment experience.
- Good skills in Excel.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of onboarding and documentation processes.
- Exposure to HRMS, ATS, or recruitment tracking tools.
- Interest in IT recruitment or technology hiring.
