Talent Acquisition Intern (with PPO)

Role Summary We are seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Intern.. This role is designed for individuals who want to learn headhunting, and specialized hiring in the financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Mapping: Use LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks to identify and map senior talent for niche mandates in BFSI and Tech.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings/ cold calls to assess candidate fit, technical competency, and cultural alignment.
- Market Intelligence: Assist in gathering data on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor organizational structures.
- Coordination: Manage interview schedules and maintain consistent communication between candidates and internal hiring leads.
Candidate Profile
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Comfortable with cold calling senior leaders in financial services.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand complex business models and technical job requirements from first principles.
- Work Ethic: High level of persistence, curiosity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Compensation & Growth
- Internship Duration: 3 Months.
- Growth Path: Successful completion of the internship leads to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
- Indicative Post-PPO Compensation (negotiable basis performance during internship): ₹4.5 Lakhs per annum (Total CTC, inclusive of performance-based variables)
