Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Intern role based in Bengaluru. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in the selection process. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance employer branding initiatives, build talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members on recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with the company's vision.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidates effectively and support managers in selection decisions
- Knowledge and interest in Employer Branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience or coursework in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
