Prepisely—an upskilling EdTech startup helping professionals grow through hands-on workshops and AI-powered learning—is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do
• Assist in hiring for entry-level and fresher roles across multiple functions
• Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate calls, and assess fitment
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal panels
• Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support offer release, documentation, and onboarding coordination
• Act as a bridge between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Contribute ideas to improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s/Master’s student or graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, self-driven, and eager to learn startup hiring
• Comfortable speaking with students, freshers, and working professionals
• Prior internship exposure in Talent Acquisition/HR/EdTech is a plus (not mandatory)

This Business Development internship is a high-intensity, performance-driven opportunity designed to give you real-world exposure to sales, partnerships, and revenue growth. Selected candidates will receive direct mentorship, structured training, and hands-on experience working on live growth initiatives. The role does not include a fixed stipend. Compensation is incentive-based and directly linked to measurable performance outcomes.
