A recruitment and HR consulting firm operating in talent acquisition and workforce solutions for domestic and international clients. We partner with startups, SMBs, and enterprise teams to deliver end-to-end hiring—sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality talent across technology, operations, and business functions. This remote internship offers hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting with a performance-based compensation model for candidates across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and targeted Boolean search to build qualified pipelines.
- Manage candidate data in the ATS and recruitment CRM—update statuses, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens to assess fit against role requirements and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview logistics, collect feedback, and drive timely follow-up to speed up the hiring lifecycle.
- Track and report key hiring metrics (pipeline velocity, submission-to-interview, time-to-offer) to measure performance and optimize sourcing channels.
- Support offer preparation and onboarding handoff; assist with candidate communication and negotiation under recruiter guidance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to maintain accurate candidate records.
- Must-Have: Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools and executing Boolean search queries.
- Must-Have: Strong written English for candidate outreach, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
- Must-Have: Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking pipelines and reporting simple metrics.
- Must-Have: Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and maintain structured daily activity logs tied to performance outcomes.
- Preferred: Prior internship or exposure to recruitment, campus hiring, or HR operations and familiarity with recruitment CRM platforms.
