Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, updating job postings, and communicating with applicants to ensure a smooth hiring experience. The role also involves assisting with employer branding initiatives, preparing recruitment reports, and collaborating with team members on campus drives or hiring campaigns. The position is designed for freshers who are eager to learn, contribute to a growing organization, and develop foundational skills in talent acquisition and HR.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings, track applications, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort using digital tools such as spreadsheets, job portals, and communication platforms; familiarity with ATS or HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru, with a positive and adaptable mindset.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail, ethical conduct, and respect for confidentiality in handling candidate information.
