Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist in the recruitment process by supporting full-life cycle recruiting, conducting interviews, and managing candidate engagement. You will also contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs. Your role will involve research, administrative support, and contributing to strategies for talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Proficient in Hiring and Employer Branding strategies
- Strong Interviewing skills and the ability to evaluate candidates effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
