About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and is eager to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and platforms
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Engage with potential candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
Requirements:
- Must be based in Mumbai
- Bachelor’s degree completed (mandatory)
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment/HR or relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the Talent Acquisition domain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
