Role Description
This is a full-time Talent Acquisition - Intern role, based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model that allows for partial work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, schedule and conduct interviews, and help build pipelines of qualified candidates for various roles. Collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align talent acquisition strategies is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Skills in Hiring and Employer Branding to attract top talent
- Understanding of modern Recruiting practices and ability to adapt to evolving hiring trends
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
