Role Description
This is a remote internship position for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will assist in executing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Responsibilities will include supporting hiring initiatives, developing employer branding strategies, and fostering recruiting efforts to attract top talent. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition in a virtual environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Experience or interest in Employer Branding and Recruiting strategies
- Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
