Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Responsibilities also include contributing to employer branding initiatives, maintaining a talent database, and working closely with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs efficiently. The intern will gain valuable exposure to HR best practices and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and effective Hiring practices
- Strong skills in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing initiatives
- Experience in Interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for managing recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
