The Talent Acquisition Intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Performance Culture team to ensure a smooth hiring process, maintain hiring data, and help drive candidate pipelines for key roles.
Accountabilities
You will support the Talent Acquisition Lead in executing hiring operations across priority roles and contribute to building an efficient recruitment pipeline.
More specifically, you will:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound sourcing
- Support the creation of candidate longlists and shortlists for open roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and manage communication throughout the hiring process
- Help screen resumes and identify candidates who meet basic role requirements
- Maintain clean and updated candidate data in the ATS system
- Support the team in tracking candidate pipeline health and hiring progress
- Assist in employer branding initiatives such as job postings and candidate communication
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates to maintain a positive hiring experience
- Help document interview feedback and hiring decisions
- Support hiring process improvements and recruitment operations

Good to Have
- Curiosity about recruitment, hiring systems, and talent strategy
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job platforms
- Basic understanding of hiring pipelines or recruitment workflows
