The Social Artist is a holistic marketing agency founded by alumni of IIT Dhanbad and NIT Jaipur, specialising in branding, social media management, creative campaigns, and performance marketing. We work with brands and businesses to deliver customised, data-driven marketing solutions focused on measurable growth and long-term value creation.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated talent acquisition intern to support our HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates
- Help manage and maintain HR documentation and databases (HRIS)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in organizing virtual employee engagement activities
- Work closely with the team to support performance reviews and feedback cycles
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
