𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 3 months
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Remote
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Currently pursuing undergraduate / Master studies 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Students with a basic understanding of recruitment and HR principles
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Conduct market research and identify potential talent pools
- Assist in the creation and posting of job listings
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Support the development of recruitment strategies
- Engage in candidate communications and relationship-building
- Provide regular progress updates
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR principles
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Must have a personal desktop or laptop
