In this role, you’ll get hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process—working closely with our hiring team to attract, engage, and evaluate the right talent across a range of functions. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Shortlisting Proactively source and screen candidates across platforms. Ensure a healthy pipeline by reaching out to a high volume of potential candidates. Interview Coordination & Funnel Progression Conduct and manage initial rounds of interviews. Drive candidates smoothly through the funnel from screening to final interviews. Recruitment Turnaround & Stakeholder & Candidate Satisfaction Maintain fast turnaround times for role closures. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and ensure high satisfaction ratings through timely communication and quality hires. Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and quality hiring. Pre-Joining Engagement & Documentation Conduct timely and complete reference checks for all selected candidates. Ensure a smooth transition with complete HR handover documentation. ATS Management & Data Accuracy Maintaining accurate and timely updates on candidate status in the ATS. Ensure proper closure communication for all rejected candidates. Keep the candidate pipeline status up to date at all times. Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements) Minimum 1 year of experience in: End-to-End recruitment Process. Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring with quick turnaround times. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
