Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Bengaluru South. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, maintaining recruitment databases, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR in delivering a seamless candidate experience. The role also includes assisting in employer branding activities, conducting market research for talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HR processes, including recruitment and interview coordination
- Proficiency in sourcing channels such as social media, job boards, and recruitment platforms
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills and proficiency in market research related to talent acquisition
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact professionally with diverse individuals
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to human resources and talent management practices
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
