Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Intern located in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with screening, sourcing, conducting interviews, and supporting the recruiting team in various tasks. Daily activities include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sourcing & Screening CV, Job Posting, Interview Scheduling, MS Excel- data management.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's /Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
