Role Description
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Draft and publish job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or sourcing tools is a plus (not mandatory).

Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM IST
- Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Stipend: The first 30 days of the internship will be unpaid. Upon successful completion of the initial 30-day evaluation period, interns will become eligible for a monthly stipend. In addition, interns will receive a 5% incentive on the profits generated from each successful hire they bring in. Further details regarding the stipend structure, incentive policy, and payment terms will be shared during the onboarding process.
- FTE Conversion: High-performing interns may receive the opportunity to convert into a full-time Talent Acquisition role after six months, based on performance.
