About the team
You’ll work with the Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring initiatives and helping us connect with amazing candidates who want to build their careers with slice.

About the role
As a TA Intern, you’ll support recruiters in identifying and engaging with potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
You’ll also get exposure to how sourcing works, how recruiters evaluate candidates, and how hiring decisions come together inside a fast-moving organization.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the craft of Talent Acquisition and grow in this field.
What you will do
- Source potential candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Apna
- Identify and reach out to suitable candidates for open roles
- Screen profiles and assist in shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters
- Maintain candidate data and update hiring trackers
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and next steps
- Support recruiters in managing the overall candidate journey
What you will need
- Previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Comfort working with job portals and sourcing platforms
