Roles and responsibilities:
● Candidate sourcing: Use various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn,Naukri and other job boards) to
identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.
● Resume screening: Review applications, identify key qualifications, and shortlist potential
candidates for initial phone screenings.
● Interview coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and
communicating with candidates throughout the interview process.
● Candidate engagement: Build relationships with potential candidates by keeping them informed
about the hiring process and maintaining positive communication.
● Job postings: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and
company platforms.
Qualifications:
● Any Graduate or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field.
● Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
