About the role : The Talent Acquisition Intern will be directly contributing to the entire end-to end recruitments, taking full accountability of the life cycle of an applicant and ensuring a smooth interview experience for them.

Stipend - Upto 8K (Monthly)
Key responsibilities would involve:
- Assist and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for all non-technical roles in the Business Development Team.
- Provide stellar candidate experience through concise and efficient communication throughout the screening process
- Ensure both quality and quantity of applicants who qualify for the interviews.
