Role Description
This is a Talent Acquisition Intern role with ProEchoes Technologies for a 3 to 6 months internship program. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, application screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment trackers, and assisting the HR team with daily operations.
Interns will gain practical exposure to recruitment processes, stakeholder coordination, and international hiring practices while working closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers.
Qualifications
• MBA (HR) students or graduates
• BBA / BCom / BA students specializing in HR or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and LinkedIn sourcing is an advantage
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
