Talent Acquisition Intern - OZi
Role Overview
OZi is India's fastest-growing quick commerce platform for baby and kids essentials, delivering diapers, toys, formula, apparel, and more to parents in under 60 minutes, 24x7. We've grown 12x in five months, expanded across Delhi-NCR, and we're just getting started.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work directly with our TA executives to help build the team that powers this growth. If you're someone who loves talking to people, is hungry to learn recruiting from the ground up, and thrives in a startup environment, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support TA executives in sourcing candidates across roles through job portals, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
- Conduct cold calls and initial screening conversations with candidates to assess basic fitment.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers daily.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
- Help with offer rollouts, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and outreach messaging over time.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills, you're comfortable picking up the phone and having real conversations.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-throughs.
- Eagerness to learn the full recruiting lifecycle in a fast-paced startup.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, not a must.
