We are seeking a highly motivated MBA Intern (HR/Marketing/Operations) to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment across IT, digital, engineering, and life sciences domains.
The intern will work closely with senior recruiters and leadership to support sourcing, employer branding, market research, and recruitment operations.

โข Support sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
โข Conduct market mapping and competitor talent analysis.
โข Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines.

โข Assist in preliminary screening and candidate engagement.
โข Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
โข Maintain accurate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.

โข Track sourcing metrics, response rates, and hiring funnel performance.
โข Support preparation of recruitment dashboards and reports.

โข Exposure to global recruitment practices across MedTech, Digital, and Engineering domains.

โข Hands-on experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
โข Development of communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
