About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Talent Acquisition Intern who will be responsible for managing and conducting interviews across multiple domains including Business Development, IT, and UI/UX Design.
This role is ideal for someone interested in recruitment, communication, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews for candidates
- Evaluate candidates across domains like:
- Business Development
- IT / Technical roles
- UI/UX Design
- Assess communication skills, attitude, and role fit
- Coordinate with internal teams for interview feedback
- Maintain candidate records and track hiring pipeline
- Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the process
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling candidate conversations and interviews
- Basic understanding of different domains (BD, IT, UI/UX)
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn and work in a structured environment
