Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will assist the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, supporting employer branding initiatives, and conducting interviews. Additional responsibilities include sourcing potential candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, maintaining recruitment records, and fostering a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Experience in Interviewing and developing streamlined hiring practices
- Exposure to Employer Branding and creating compelling employer value propositions
- Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- General aptitude for identifying and engaging top talent
- Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Pursuing or having obtained a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior internship or relevant experience in talent acquisition is a plus
