Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern – Job Description
Location: Paschim Vihar (6 days a week)
Duration: 4 months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team and support high-volume and strategic hiring. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across the hiring funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing roles
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Maintain accurate candidate data in trackers/ATS
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles across platforms
Requirements:
- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in any field (HR/Business preferred)
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
