Knya is India’s leading online medical apparel brand. The brand was founded in 2021 by the husband-wife duo, Vanshika and Abhijeet Kaji.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in sourcing candidates for retail store roles through job portals
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain and update the candidate database and hiring trackers.
5. Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
6. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
7. Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
