Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will support the recruitment process by coordinating and managing the full life-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. Responsibilities will also involve assisting with employer branding initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Knowledge of Hiring practices and techniques
- Strong abilities in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Understanding of Employer Branding and ability to contribute to employer marketing strategies
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Passion for people, talent growth, and cultivating positive candidate experiences
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
