Role Summary
We're a growing recruitment agency placing candidates across sales, operations, and support roles for our clients. As we scale, we're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Intern to own the first leg of our hiring pipeline — sourcing, initial outreach, and screening — so our senior team can focus on high-value interviews and candidate prep.
Success in This Role (6–12 Months)
- Successfully source and screen candidates for at least 10 open positions, contributing to the overall hiring goals. (Number of positions filled)
- Maintain a candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. (Database accuracy percentage)
- Receive positive feedback from hiring managers on candidate quality and interview coordination. (Feedback rating from hiring managers)
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, etc
- Call and screen candidates according to job descriptions to assess fit.
- Handle data management and coordination of candidates throughout the interview process.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed.
