Compensation: ₹10,000-15,000/ Month
Experience: 3-6 Months (Preferably in tech hiring or tech-adjacent roles)

What You Will Do:
- Support end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles.
- Screen profiles for relevance, experience, and alignment.
- Run initial HR screening calls as per hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain hiring trackers and reporting dashboards
- Assist in onboarding new hires and interns
You Might Be a Fit If:
- Have 3–6 months of experience in recruitment or HR (preferably tech hiring)
- Can understand technical roles and requirements
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable owning processes
- Have great communication & interpersonal skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment
- Enjoy talking to candidates and solving hiring challenges
