Role & responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to coordinate the recruitment and hiring the new employees.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and build a strong pipeline for the open position.
- Develop creative sourcing techniques in getting extraordinary talents.
- Identify recruitment priorities and develop a strategy to fill the openings.
- Conduct screening, testing and preliminary interviewing of potential employees.
- Maintain the hiring flow and recruitment process viz. schedule interviews, extend job offers and finally bring in talent onboard
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have good communication skills
- Basic Excel OR Google Sheets knowledge is required
- Exclusively considering candidates who can join immediately
