Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job descriptions, assisting with outreach on professional and social platforms, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates. The intern will help enhance employer branding efforts by drafting career page content, supporting social media hiring campaigns, and contributing to talent marketing initiatives. The role also includes maintaining accurate candidate records in applicant tracking tools, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with team members to improve hiring processes for a fast-moving Web3 and AI-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and follow-up with candidates.
- Familiarity with Interviewing and Hiring processes, such as coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and supporting offer stages.
- Ability to support Employer Branding efforts, including drafting talent-focused content and assisting with recruiting campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism in candidate interactions.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Interest in Web3, AI, and emerging technologies; prior exposure to tech or startup ecosystems is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets); familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
