Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The intern will assist in recruitment processes, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role will provide valuable hands-on experience in managing hiring workflows and understanding best practices in talent acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
• Recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of exp in TA especially in travel domain.
