Role Description
This is a remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern at Gethired Digital. The intern will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, managing full-life cycle recruitment, scheduling and conducting interviews, and supporting employer branding efforts. Responsibilities will also include assisting with hiring initiatives and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months (unpaid)
- Experience Required: 3 to 6 months in recruitment or HR-related roles
- Post-Internship: Upon successful completion, the role will transition into a commission-based position. Please be aware of this before applying.
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 months of experience in full-life cycle recruiting and general recruiting activities
- Skills in hiring and employer branding strategies
- Proficiency in planning and conducting interviews with potential candidates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
