Role Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in an on-site capacity at our Bengaluru South location. This internship involves assisting with various aspects of the hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting employer branding strategies. The role also includes providing hands-on support for full-life cycle recruiting, coordination, and departmental administrative tasks, contributing to the success of the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
- Ability to support and assist in Employer Branding initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to recruitment projects in a dynamic environment
