Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting recruitment activities for EdifyChamps. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential tutors and staff, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the full hiring process. The intern will help maintain candidate pipelines, update applicant tracking systems, and support employer branding initiatives across online platforms. This role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to process improvements in recruitment operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting to manage candidate pipelines and support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to evaluate applicants and assist in selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote EdifyChamps as an attractive place to work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling candidate data and scheduling.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and proficiency in common digital collaboration tools.
- Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or education; coursework or prior internship experience in these areas is an advantage.
