About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This isn't just about filing paperwork; you’ll be on the front lines of growth, helping us identify and attract the best talent to build the future of experiential learning. Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases).
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, communication skills, and alignment with Crio’s culture.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for both.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring they have a positive and professional journey from application to offer.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (you'll be talking to a lot of people!).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Google Workspace. Experience with an ATS is a plus.
- Mindset: A "get-things-done" attitude, high empathy, and the ability to multitask in a chaotic (but fun) environment.
- Availability: Can commit to a full-time, on-site internship in Bengaluru for at least 3-6 months.
