Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles.
- Assist in managing job postings across multiple platforms and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Participate in candidate communication to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by supporting recruitment events and social media outreach.
Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring strategies
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
