Role Description
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at CollegeDekho, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts and building strong teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the full-life cycle recruiting process, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, supporting employer branding initiatives, and effectively collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Experience or interest in Employer Branding and enhancing candidate engagement
- Ability to perform Interviewing and Recruiting tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal teams
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
- Prior experience in recruitment or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
