Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will assist with the recruitment process, which includes collaborating with hiring managers to identify candidates, sourcing potential hires, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end hiring process and learn valuable skills in talent management.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring practices
- Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Passion for talent acquisition and fostering inclusive workplaces
