About the Role
- We’re hiring for a Talent Acquisition + Ops Intern / Executive who wants hands-on exposure to real hiring across fast-growing startups.
- This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in recruitment within a consulting/startup environment and work closely with founders and hiring managers.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter, IIMJobs, Naukri, Hirist, referrals, and cold outreach
- Screen candidates based on detailed client requirements (IT & Non-IT roles)
- Work directly with hiring managers across different companies to understand role expectations
- Create and publish job postings
- Maintain and update applicant trackers (internal & external)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Support operational tasks related to ongoing hiring projects
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT profiles)
- Experience in a consulting firm / recruitment agency setup is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured trackers
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Interest in startups and high-growth environments
