Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Head who is aspiring to take up a challenging role in a fast-paced/high-growth work environment. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and executing a scalable hiring strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of leading high-performing recruitment teams in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, along with deep expertise in recruitment operations, stakeholder management, and employer branding.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Strategy & Team Leadership
- Design a scalable recruitment strategy aligned with organisational growth, workforce planning, and long-term talent pipeline.
- Lead and manage Talent Acquisition team to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Strengthen recruiter capabilities across technology hiring, consultative engagement, and stakeholder management
Global & Lateral Hiring
- Lead senior and critical talent hiring in alignment with long-term business strategy and leadership expectations.
- Drive market-specific hiring strategies across the US, EMEA, and ANZ to support global growth and delivery needs.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand role requirements, talent availability, and local hiring nuances.
Campus Hiring
- Drive a structured campus hiring program targeting engineering and management institutes to build a strong early-talent pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with campuses, design engaging programs to position the brand as an employer of choice
Recruitment Operations & Analytics
- Build scalable, data-driven hiring frameworks to support rapid growth across geographies and functions
- Introduce automation, AI tools, and analytics for pipeline efficiency and predictive hiring.
- Continuously improve the recruitment process through innovative tools and strategies, ensuring it is efficient, inclusive, and results-oriented.
Must-Have:
- MBA (specialisation in Human Resources/Operations) with 16-18 years of relevant functional experience with an IT services/product company
- Proven experience managing high-volume, niche, and leadership hiring across multiple geographies.
- Data-driven mindset with strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Should be comfortable navigating a dynamic environment with changing needs.
- Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide leadership
