Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Head to lead hiring across all business functions at Crystal. This role will own the entire recruitment engine — from workforce planning and employer branding to building high-quality talent pipelines and driving leadership hiring. You will work closely with business heads and leadership to scale teams in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
■ Own and drive end-to-end recruitment strategy across all departments
■ Lead full-cycle hiring from role scoping to offer closure for mid to senior-level roles
■ Build and scale high-quality talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions
■ Partner with HODs for workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and JD structuring
■ Drive employer branding and talent attraction strategies across platforms
■ Ensure strong stakeholder management with consistent hiring updates and visibility
■ Oversee candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding handoff
■ Build, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team
■ Implement and optimize ATS / HRMS systems, dashboards, and hiring processes
■ Strengthen referral programs, sourcing channels, and headhunting strategies

01 All critical roles closed within defined hiring TAT
02 Strong offer-to-joining ratio with consistent improvement
03 High-quality pipeline built for all key roles (no role without sourcing plan)
04 Reduction in time-to-hire and cost-per-hire over time

Key Skills
🔹 Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment & leadership hiring
🔹 Advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, headhunting, Boolean search)
🔹 Experience in scaling teams in high-growth/startup environments
🔹 Strong stakeholder and business partnering skills
🔹 Data-driven mindset with experience in hiring metrics & dashboards
🔹 Hands-on experience with ATS / HRMS platforms
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
