Role Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic and business-driven Talent Acquisition Leader with a strong consulting background who has led large-scale, complex hiring mandates.
This role demands a professional who can operate as a talent advisor to senior leadership, bring strong market intelligence capabilities, and drive end-to-end hiring excellence.
Candidates without prior consultancy experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Strategic Talent Advisory
- Design and drive enterprise-wide hiring strategy aligned with business growth
- Act as a talent advisor to senior leadership and business heads
- Provide market mapping, compensation benchmarking & competitor insights
2️⃣ Leadership & Critical Hiring
- Drive senior-level and niche talent acquisition across functions
- Handle confidential and critical mandates
- Build strong talent pipelines for key business roles
3️⃣ Recruitment Excellence & Governance
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Improve key hiring metrics – TAT, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire
- Implement analytics-driven decision-making frameworks
4️⃣ Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
- Strengthen sourcing strategies (direct hiring, executive search firms, referrals)
- Drive performance accountability within the function
5️⃣ Employer Branding & Talent Positioning
- Enhance employer brand within Pharma & Manufacturing ecosystem
- Develop proactive talent engagement and attraction strategies
Mandatory Candidate Profile
✔ 10–20 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
✔ Must have prior experience in a reputed Recruitment Consultancy / Executive Search Firm
✔ Strong exposure to Pharma / Manufacturing hiring preferred
✔ Proven track record of managing large-scale & leadership hiring mandates
✔ Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills
✔ Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
