About the Role:
We have a growing Talent Acquisition team and are looking to add more sharp, driven people to it. This isn't a role where you'll be figuring things out alone; you'll be learning directly from recruiters who are already deep in the work, while getting real ownership early on.
We're looking for someone early in their career who wants to actually go deep in recruitment, not just process applications, but understand what makes hiring work, get fluent in AI-driven sourcing tools, and grow into someone who can run pipelines independently.
This role suits people who are naturally curious about the recruitment and HR-tech space, who follow what's changing in the market, and who want to build real expertise rather than just complete a checklist of tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and online databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements
- Run initial candidate outreach and screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
- Work closely with the recruitment team on day-to-day hiring operations, with room to take on more as you grow
What We're Looking For:
- Recent graduate, any discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Genuinely curious about people, hiring, and how recruitment is evolving — not just applying because it's an open role
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organised, detail-oriented, and quick to pick things up without needing constant direction
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and online research tools
